11. Export Control

Accessing or exporting software or materials from the GMSTEK Platform is subject to U.S. Export Control laws. Compliance is your responsibility.

12. Business Associates

Any business associates of GMSTEK listed on the GMSTEK Platform are independent contractors, not partners or joint ventures of GMSTEK.

GMSTEK does not endorse or assume responsibility for content on third-party sites linked from the GMSTEK Platform.

14. Copyrights and DMCA Compliance

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on the GMSTEK Platform, please provide a written notice including all required information under the DMCA to support@x1fbo.com.

15. Changed Terms
