Welcome Our New VP of Sales and Marketing: Monica Sarduy
We are incredibly pleased introduce our very first Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Monica Sarduy.

In her new role, Monica will lead the sales team and manage marketing and events for GMSTEK. Monica’s key initiatives will include planning our first user conference, slated early 2022, and developing our digital advertising footprint. In addition, Monica will oversee our social media presence and the development of key performance indicators and other metrics to help us measure and improve the success of our marketing campaigns. With Monica helming sales, Steve Sandler will be able to focus more on his role as CFO, emphasizing acquisitions and investor relations.

A Little Bit About Monica
Monica is an FIU alumnae. She comes to us with an extensive background in sales and marketing and is also the co-founder of a successful real estate venture. In her last position, she created and executed in-house marketing and sales strategies for a digital marketing agency. Monica is also involved in charitable causes and is currently President of the Woman’s Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade County.

Our own Daiana Basanta will take on a new role: Customer Support and Marketing Lead
To assist Monica in her efforts, we also are happy to announce Daiana Basanta as part of the Sales & Marketing team. Daiana will be assuming the title of Customer Support and Marketing Lead after recently earning her bachelor's degree in Communications. Working side by side with Monica, Daiana will provide her market insights, copywriting, and her knowledge of the industry and X-1FBO to support sales and marketing.

Congratulations Amanda Sanchez: Our New Director of Customer Support
Finally, please join me in congratulating our very own Amanda Sanchez, who will take on the role of Director of Customer Support. Amanda is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Customer Support team. Together with Caroline and Ken, Amanda will lead the effort to consolidate our customer history, transactions, and support within our CRM to bring our already unmatched customer service to the next level.

Welcome Jeanette Sanchez: Customer Service Specialist
Jeanette Sanchez takes the lead in new customer onboarding and provides a liaison between sales and customer success. Jeanette comes to us with a strong FBO customer service background and a genuine enthusiasm for our mission, as well as a passion for aviation.
