TELL US ABOUT YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
I spent 33 years as the Director of Administration at a Document and Information Management company with 280 employees, where I was a partner. I have extensive experience in Business System Software implementation, Acquisitions, Contract Management, Sales Support and Customer Service, managing a team of over 40 professionals. I have always had a passion for Aviation and have a family of aviators. My son started flying when he was 15 years old and attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is now a commercial airline pilot. I have a daughter-in-law that is a Flight Test Engineer, a brother-in-law who is a commercial airline pilot, and a sister that is the VP of Customer Service and Human Resources at an FBO. Heritage Aviation offered me the opportunity to continue my career in an area that I am passionate about and because the company is an ESOP I am still an owner and know my hard work will make a difference in the overall success of the organization. Heritage Aviation was ranked in the top 5% of FBOs in the Americas in 2021 during the annual AIN Survey and has also been awarded one of the Best Places to Work in Vermont for the past 6 consecutive years. My current role with Heritage Aviation allows me to use my business background to develop team members to provide world class service for our customers. This is a very exciting industry and caters to an interesting and amazing group of customers.

SO, WHAT'S YOUR LIFE LIKE OUTSIDE THE FBO?
I am the proud mother of three amazing children, two sons and a daughter. My greatest joy is spending time with my children and their significant others. I enjoy spending time on the lake with my family, traveling, playing golf, gardening, crafts, spending time with friends, and volunteering at our local hospital. I have lived in Vermont my entire life and look forward to each new season.

TELL US SOMETHING THAT NO ONE WOULD GUESS ABOUT YOU.
I was my father's son. I am the middle daughter of three and became very close to my father. He taught me to hunt, fish, split wood and fix cars. He was an amazing man and I learned so much about life and family from him. He taught me the value of hard work and the rewards that come with it.
