Hannah Johns, Million Air Dallas Customer Service Supervisor

What fuels FBOs are their staff. Therefore, every month we are accepting submissions to feature "X-1 Force" members. The very clients that use our software, are the ones that continue to raise the bar in aviation customer service.

This month Melissa Thompson Shollenbarger, Director of Customer Service Million Air Dallas reached out to us and nominated Hannah and here is what she had to say: "(Hannah) Always going above & beyond. She is very dependable & has an eagerness to assist.

We reached out Hannah shortly afterwards to learn a little bit more about this superstar.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
"I have worked at Million Air Dallas for nearly 8 years. I started as a customer service representative, then moved to the Lead position and am now the supervisor for my department. WHAT DO YOU LOVE MORE ABOUT X-1FBO:
I love that we can save special notes for every tail number and company that appear each time a request is created. Another helpful feature is how we can save a credit card or contract card upon processing for future transactions. I also really appreciate that X-1 integrates with FlightBridge requests. The fact that trip information automatically is put into a request!

LIFE OUTSIDE THE FBO
I have the most amazing and supportive family consisting of my parents, my sister Dawn who actually use to work at Million Air as well, 2 puppies and my wonderfully supportive boyfriend. I enjoy everything dealing with the outdoors from camping to boating, mountain biking and hiking with my dogs.

NAME AN INTERESTING FACT ABOUT YOU THAT NO ONE WOULD KNOW ABOUT YOU
I became scuba certified at just 10 years old.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE QUOTE OR SAYING AND WHY?
“There is always a silver lining”... I appreciate this quote because I have found that even when everything seems to be going wrong, there is a always a positive side or something beneficial to be gained, we just have to choose how we want to perceive the situation.
